The masterplan is for a [roughly] 220 hectares[about 2.2 square kilometers] area on the outskirts of the city that is currently used for industrial purposes – and therefore is in need of a green shift.

City and the city remains as permanent forests as forests both running together and support each other without any destruction between the two, so it should be able to walk the balance of the ecosystem. The population is increasing and the need for a residence very high. The concept of the right to not add to the reduction of green space by applying a vertical building. 10 ways to go green and save green.
- Save energy to save money.
Set your thermostat a few degrees lower in the winter and a few degrees higher in the summer to save on heating and cooling costs.

In the idea office, workstations must be adapted to the individual and the type of work he carries out, and not the reverse. For an employee to be comfortable at his workstations, it must have sufficient room to move, which means that the employee is not obliged to adopt forced positions becouse there is insufficient space for manouvre.
